EQUIPMENT NEEDED : Mini RB

Intuitively tune into what messages your body is trying to communicate with you. Then make a call on what movement you need to feed it in order to give it what it needs so you can feel nourished, full of vitality and move with out fear or ego.

HYDRATION - how much water have you had? 

CONNECTION - how connected to you feel to those around you? 

MOVEMENT - what movement have you been doing today, have you been seated at lot at work, have you been breastfeeding a lot, have you been standing all day, has your movement been repetitive actions, how does your body feel, what are your symptoms like, do you have pain or restrictions?

NUTRITION - what have you eaten, have you eaten enough, have you eaten too little? 

EMOTION/STRESS - What has happened in your day, what situations have left you feeling stressed/emotional or anxious?

SLEEP/REST/RECOVERY - how much sleep have you had, was it restful, what time did you go to bed, what time did you wake up?
