You are now in the final chapter of your pregnancy!
We are coming to the end, where you will get to meet your greatest gift and hold them in your arms - where the next chapter of your adventure begins.
You have entered into the final stages which will be a whirlwind of change, emotions and an ever growing bump! This stage of pregnancy your little human will be continuing to grow and is probably less comfortable for you hitching a ride in your belly.
There is a focus on preparing for birth, breathe, floor and core and integrating that into movement. So that you are prepared for lifting, feeding, carrying, pushing, bathing that new addition in everyday life in a way that keeps you safe, helps you heal and keeps you pain free.
Ensure that you continue to do your pelvic floor activation sprints and marathons as in the Warm Up + Recovery, also do your zone breathing everyday to help prepare you for labour.
This is movement based training, that is a mix of traditional movement patterns and some that you are less likely to see in a gym, that is the fun part.
This is to ensure that the body is moving in a way that is authentic to real life scenarios and is conditioning you not only for your goals (based on your movement values) but also for REAL life as a mum, so that you are safe and effective in every movement and activity in your day.
