Looking back at these photos of myself a couple days post birth, got me fired up and thinking, I wish I had a coach early on to tell me how it is and mentor me through those early stages.
You WILL have excess fat, blood, stretched skin, separated abdominals, probably cellulite and feel soft post birth.
But you are NOT fat.
Yes it will be hard to take sometimes.
You do not need the quick fix diet, protein shake, less food or intense exercise.
You need to give yourself permission to take your god damn time to heal and recover...as long as it takes.
Stop comparing yourself to what others do and how they look, because they are not you.
Being driven by body image shit will cloud your judgement and your ability to listen to what your body needs. You will push your body past its limits.
You don't want your organs falling out of your vagina, if that happens there will only be one F word that you will be saying and it won't be fat!
