Small Group Personal Training

In 2018 small group training will be making its return to the Karratha studio! 

In groups of six, sessions will be focused on connection to self and others to boost mental wellbeing.

The Movement Room studio is like no other, each session is tailored to what you need that day. You will get to experience the power of play, movement that boosts creativity and inspiration, reduces stress, gives you space to move towards solutions, move your mood and declutter the mind.
