Congratulations for joining the movement and bringing a little human into the world, no matter how long ago it was!

You have earned your stripes and it is time to increase the intensity, add in some force and impact work, more load and complex movements.

Only start this part of the program if you have no pelvic floor dysfunctions, no leaking and your abdominal separation has healed.

This is the fourth stage of conditioning you for the real demands of being a mama, but now your body should be working as an integrated whole and ready for some challenges!

This stage of the post natal movement program will consist of freeing work and mobilisation to encourage hydration to the tissue to create efficient and fluid movement, goal based movement which will challenge you, you are now conditioning yourself like the mama athlete that you are!

We will also be focusing on stepping it up a notch, increasing the intensity, challenging your body a little more, you should be now able to move into the movements that you were doing pre pregnancy.
